Editing services
Booking deposits of £100 plus VAT for all editing projects. Payment link sent. Project will not start until this has been paid. This will be deducted from your final bill
Half-day rate £250 plus VAT
Full-day rate £450 plus VAT
Re-edits, changes, amendments to edits (outside of your day bookings)
These will be charged at £50 plus VAT per hour. For example. If we edit you projects over the space of the day you have booked us for and then your clients need some tweaks a few days later we can reopen the project our end, make the changes as soon as possible.

We will offer you the most value for money we can with any of our services. We aren’t looking for one-off edits, we are looking to build long-term working relationships. We pride ourselves on a 5-star service and have plenty of 5-star reviews and examples of work to back this up.
When you hire us we will be working for you under your brand name. If we are in communication with your clients the White Lane Media brand would never be brought up into conversation. We are an extension of you. You can pick us up and put us down when you need us. A full pay-as-you-go service, no contacts or tie-ins.

You will then be sent a link to pay your booking deposit of £100 plus VAT
Once booked, we will arrange a 45-minute project call after the deposit is paid to discuss your requirements in finer detail.
During the initial consultation, we’ll provide an estimate of the time required (e.g., half-day, full-day, or multiple days).
Rates are currently charged at £450 + VAT for a full day and £250 + VAT for a half-day.
A detailed quote will be sent for your confirmation.
A 45-minute free video or phone call is included once your project is confirmed. This will take place prior to the editing day(s) to finalise project details.
Meetings with your clients or team to plan projects outside of the booked editing time are charged at £50 + VAT per hour.
Sending Files
You can send project files via a download link or post a hard drive to us.
We include free recorded delivery for returning hard drives. A receipt with a tracking number will be provided.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to hard drives during transit via Royal Mail. If issues arise, it is your responsibility to contact Royal Mail directly.
It is your responsibility to store back up files of anything you are sending us. Will hold no responsibility for lost files or footage.
We store project files for up to 4 weeks after the project is completed.
For projects requiring longer storage, special arrangements can be discussed.
These are still your files, they will not be used by us for anything other than the projects you have requested us to carry out.
On your booked edit days you will have an open line of communication with us. We can update you with the project process as little or as often as you would like.
If we are speaking with your clients on projects we recommend setting us up with an @yourcompany.co.uk email address.
Once the project is complete, you will receive all files, proxies, and metadata within the editing software. This ensures you have full control for future tweaks or additional edits by another editor.
Deliverables will be sent at the end of the agreed editing period, usually the same day.
Files are stored on our system for 4 weeks free of charge. Extended storage options can be discussed if required.
By paying the booking deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you require any tweaks to projects we have edited for you over the coming days or weeks these will be charged at £50 plus VAT per hour
Half Day (4 hours) Morning or afternoon slots, for example 9 AM – 1 PM or 1 PM – 5 PM.
Full Day (8 hours) Your project(s) worked on during one full day.
Single hours can be booked for planning & meetings etc.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Invoices are sent via QuickBooks, requiring your company name, billing address, and email.
Payment Deadlines
Invoices must be paid within 7 days.
The booking deposit of £100 + VAT must be paid upfront to confirm the project. This amount is deducted from your final invoice.
For new clients, invoices will be issued per project for the first three projects. Afterward, regular clients will be invoiced monthly on the last calendar day.
Important Payment Notice
We operate on strict payment terms. Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Delays due to waiting for client payments on your end will not be accepted. Failure to meet payment terms will result in the cessation of services.
We can provide full project management, planning meetings, and filming services if required, covering the entire UK.
Meetings with your clients or teams outside of booked editing time are available for a flat fee of £50 + VAT per hour.
Please get in touch for prices on filming. There is no set day rate due to the amount of variables in a project and locations etc. We will provide you with a price per project for this instead.
Once you click submit with your idea start date we will send you a payment link. Once deposit has been paid we will book in your 45 minute project planning call.
Paying the £100 plus VAT deposit means you agree to our terms and conditions
A full VAT invoice will be sent at the end of the project for full amount including your deposit.
