The purpose of this video was to create the desire to book a viewing in person on the flats up for sale in this development. A short highlight video capturing the property, some of the best features and some location shots of the surrounding area. It was a straightforward project with around 2 hours spent on site and an hour for location drone shots. The project was turned around and delivered back to the client the very next day.

There are many options for videos like these but we went for the simple edit to music with logos start and finish of the video. Text and graphics could be added if required but we had to be cautious of the budget on this project.

Clients were very happy with the first delivery and no amendments were needed.
