Property Video & Photos

We created two videos for this stunning property and a set of architectural-style photos. x1 Main property video which we have listed here. x1 Private video for the new homeowners. A montage of footage from the builders mixed in with some finished shots of the property to show the build from start to finish. Lastly, approx 60 architectural-style photos to show the finished building. We do not specialise in architectural photos, which we made the clients aware of this. Our charge for the photos represents this.time to film and photograph

THE FINER DETAILS

This project didn’t come without its challenges. We had a very short space of time to film and photograph this property. The builders were doing the final bits when we arrived, approx 4 hours later the new homeowners collected their keys ( while we were still filming ).

We did the best we could with what we had and our clients, JS Construction were very happy with what we produced for them.

I contacted Sean via LinkedIn to shoot a grand design-type new build property that we were just completing. From the first time we spoke, I knew that I had found the right man to do this property justice, he loved the property and couldn’t wait to get shooting what we had built.
